Turbine of a vacuum cleaner "Kenwood Cyclonic Jet Stream VAC" - Replacement
thingiverse
This replacement part was designed specifically for a damaged vacuum cleaner turbine. The challenge lies in inserting the copper core into the plastic-embedded component. To overcome this obstacle, the existing turbine's copper core was carefully removed by breaking it apart. Next, the freed copper core was submerged in liquid nitrogen to lower its temperature before being hammered into place within the PLA printed turbine. Unfortunately, the copper core was slightly deformed as a result. If you don't have access to a 3D printer, I'd be happy to print one out for you - all you need to cover is the shipping costs. Please feel free to reach me at noteasy2@gmail.com if you're interested in taking advantage of this offer.
