This 3D model originated from a project built with Sketchup 13 and then successfully exported to various other 3D formats. The native format remains .skp while the scene was optimized for 3ds Max 2016, utilizing Vray 3.00 to generate stunning visuals. Cross-Flow turbine technology first appeared in 1988 when the Mandiri Foundation employed it, thanks to detailed information obtained from 'Design of Cross-Flow Turbine BYS/T3,' a book authored by Swiss expert Ueli Meier and produced by SKAT, Swiss Center for Appropriate Technology. Initially sourced from Asia Foundation resources, this design now enables small workshops in Indonesia to produce these turbines using basic tools and equipment due to its simplistic requirements.
