Tupplur IKEA Roller Blind Mount

I'm a big fan of IKEA's Tupplur roller blinds, but there's a catch if you have PVC windows with inward-opening mechanisms - not enough space to install them without obstructing the window or having screws that mess up the frame. That's why I created this solution for myself and now use it on all my windows. This part is specifically designed for European PVC windows, like those commonly found in Eastern Europe, which have a 15mm thick brim (not counting the rubber). It clamps around the window's edge to hold up the Tupplur blind mount, taking on the weight and forces involved. You'll still need some double-sided tape to secure it in place. When rolling the blinds up and down, there might be sideways forces that could dislodge the part. To prevent this, I recommend using high-quality double-sided tape suitable for the automotive industry. Some generic carpet tape won't hold, but a durable, affordable option like doublesided tape for car detailing should do the job. To print this part, you'll need: * Strong double-sided tape designed for the automotive industry * PETG or ABS - I advise against printing it in PLA as it's too brittle, though feel free to try and let me know how it turns out That's all there is to it. Edit: I've added a hook that clips onto the window's underside, allowing you to attach the blind securely even when tilting the window. This part also works with IKEA's Fridans series since Tupplur seems to be out of stock - check out this alternative design on Thingiverse.
