Tupperware (TM) Shape-o pieces
thingiverse
We purchased a second-hand Shape-o toy kit, which came complete with two crosses and two triangles; however, the hexagon, ovale, and trapeze were noticeably absent. To fortify the structure, I made the walls significantly thicker than the originals specified. Update: Subsequent to my initial posting, I successfully procured and incorporated all of the additional shapes that had initially been omitted from the original package. Unfortunately, these newly acquired pieces remain unprinted at this juncture. Instructions Printed on our Prusa i2 3D printer utilizing 3mm ABS filament as the chosen material. During the fabrication process, we relied upon Slic3r software to accurately slice and calibrate the object layers. In order to optimize density and stability, a setting of 100% infill was employed at each step. Finally, employing Slic3r's precise cutting function, we were able to successfully divide the individual objects into two halves, after which acetone was utilized as an effective adhesive to reunite and seal these divided components.
