I'm glad you liked the design! To save some cash, I decided to get the tuning pegs from Aliexpress instead of buying them directly. The ones I chose come with a metallic plastic collar that fits an 8mm hole at first and then transitions to a 6mm hole as it goes further down. Since my design requires a specific type of tuning peg, I remixed the hole for the tuning peg in Tinkercad to ensure it was perfect. To mount the other tuning peg, I filled in the screw hole. Now all you need to do is position your tuning peg and use a warm soldering iron to touch the spots where screws should go. This will start drilling the holes exactly where they're needed for your hardware.
