Tumbler machine made specifically for my friend Knife Maker Albin D. This rotary machine features a tumbler inside where you can place parts, abrasive elements, and liquid. Its design adheres to requested dimensions to accommodate knives but can be loaded with any desired items. The motor is a geared motor that can be sourced online, offering two versions of the main component. Four ball bearings, an M8 rod, M8 nuts, and four Lego tires are also required. The length of the rod depends on your needs and tumbler specifications. An insert for the main gear must be purchased separately. The machine's primary components were made from PETG, while all other parts were constructed using PLA. All PLA parts should function properly. Two different end-piece options are suggested: one with an open area for 1.5 plexiglass that requires gluing, and another without this feature. The main tumbler part consists of five sections: two main components, a central section, and two junctions. You can adjust the total length according to your requirements or remove the central section for a shorter version. The M8 rods should be adjusted to fit properly, and Lego tires must roll on the circular tracks designed for them. The 30 x 10.5 Offset Tread 2346 Lego tires need to be fitted onto the specified rims. To ensure smooth operation, some grease may be necessary for the gearing system, although this was not shown in the pictures for clean parts.
