I designed a custom cup turner to spin cups after applying epoxy, requiring the parts to be printed in 3 separate pieces. The cup holder shaft is securely fastened onto the motor shaft using either a cotter pin or, as seen in one of the pictures, I've been employing a bobby pin for simplicity.
