This is a straightforward little design I hastily created to generate clear-cut labels that suit my needs perfectly. The colored part is elevated 0.8mm above the 2mm thick base plate, so you only need to change the filament once during some of that 0.8mm thickness. The hole serves as a perfect spot for an 8mm diameter magnet that's just 2mm high, making these tags incredibly easy to attach and detach; however, they would also make great additions to a necklace or similar accessory.
