In my senior project, I faced the challenge of redesigning every part for a job that initially required only finalizing an existing design. The main objective was cost-effectiveness, so I employed a previously sourced DeStaCo press and utilized pre-made parts from suppliers like McMaster Carr and Grainger. The intense pressure and last-minute changes were overcome with teamwork, resulting in the successful completion of the new jig assembly, as showcased by the provided images of the actual product.
