She played a pivotal role in establishing the Lightning Lab, New Zealand's business acceleration program, overseeing fundraising efforts, branding initiatives, international accreditation, mentor recruitment, and pipeline development.\nTui is committed to Maori intellectual property protection, holding governance positions with related organizations.
