Updated the device - F.S.#2 - a little more comfortable. A foreskin restoration device that works with rubber O-rings to hold it in place. This device can be worn comfortably all day as there is a tube through it for urination. I have also added holes on the end in case you wish to hang weights from the tugger for extra pulling power. I wear it all day under a pair of slacks and with the weights holding it down, it is completely unobtrusive. Google "Multiple_o-ring_update.pdf" for the article I read to get me on this journey. Use the Scaling feature on your printer to resize to your needs.
