This project is a crucial component of my academic journey. We are a highly skilled and innovative team at the Federal University of Santa Catarina, UFSC in Joinville, Brazil, working tirelessly on nautical design projects. Below is a comprehensive overview of our state-of-the-art transmission system for a boat. After four months of meticulous designing and one month of manufacturing and assembling, we have successfully brought this project to life. To achieve such an impressive feat, we leveraged cutting-edge technologies like 3D printing for propellers and rudders, laser cutting steel (1/4 in. Steel plates) for the powertrain system, fiberglass lamination for the boat hull, Arduino programming, and more.
