Growing up, we used to make these out of empty milk cans.  Technology has brought us this far.  I decided to model this as big as can fit my print bed (256mm x 256mm) when cut in four parts.  Just print as oriented (no supports necessary) and put it together as in the assembly pictures.  If it's going to see use and abuse (as in the case of my son :)), I'd suggest printing in a more durable material like PETG.
