This 3D model was originally designed with Sketchup 8 and subsequently transformed into every other 3D format available. Its native format is the .skp extension, while a 3ds Max 2016 scene has been rendered with Vray 3.00. A charming little Tudor house beckons your attention. Despite its modest size, there's plenty to admire about it. For one thing, it boasts three spacious bedrooms and a compact yet functional bathroom that might seem rather small but serves its purpose well. If you're impressed by the sheer grandeur of its design so far, just wait until you catch sight of the magnificent 2-story foyer! To top it all off, the house features an eye-catching decorative central brick chimney stack. Moreover, there's a basement beneath the main floor that's not simply a block of solid foundation - I'd be loathe to burden your beautiful view with such a mundane sight. As a note to anyone who might wonder why my models don't always include basements, here are a few things you should know: First and foremost, every single one of these underground spaces is unfinished, empty space with nothing but the standard equipment like a water heater and furnace that goes along with such a setting. Second, there's no reason for me to leave some large stone under my design when it wouldn't look anywhere near as visually appealing in real life. Last but not least, while basements often do appear as large cavernous areas underneath main houses - which isn't really the effect I'm going after here with these designs either - every now and then you will come across them somewhere within my 3D creations, just behind an open door or a great big hole in floor, sometimes lined with ornate banisters.
