A bracket to secure your tubing in place. Printing without supports is recommended and should yield a smooth finish with PETG filament from Hatchbox. However, if you print the flat base facing down on the printer plate as was done here, optimal layer orientation for heavy items may not be achieved. Holding silicone tubing poses no issue but using this bracket to support a garden hose might not be the best approach.
