Tubing Bender Tight Radius / Brake Line
thingiverse
I don't have the resources to bend tubing like you do. I do have a tubing bender, but it didn't help when I needed to bend a tight radius of 3/16 inches (4.7 mm) to replace my Dakota's rusted brake lines. It's surprisingly easy; I'm a little embarrassed to be sharing this simple solution. However, it ended up working much better than a real tubing bender. In fact, a real tubing bender can't even bend a radius as tight as these makeshift devices. I printed mine in PLA with no supports and laid it flat on the table. Since I'm not skilled at building puzzles, here are some hints: use vise grips, a board, and a stop block.
