This adapter simplifies filament changes during printing by attaching to the tube that feeds the extruder. It may fit tightly on custom extruders despite having a hole for the tube, potentially disrupting print positioning. This adapter works well with flexible tubing and fits most extruders without an integrated boss. Print this item in ABS for flexibility and scale it to 101.1% using MakerWare. Ensure the larger end is down during printing; a raft isn't necessary. Extrude at 240C, with a heated bed temperature of 115C, and use standard resolution settings.
