"TubeSat" 1U and 3U

On June 21st, the model was updated and 3D files were added to the design. The single piece 3U frame restricts FDM or SLS printing but incorporates panels for rigidity when components are loaded. These include end panels (in blue and green), a centering panel (red) to center circuit boards and spacers, and a stiffening panel (orange). Additionally, there is a tuna can (yellow). The model's conception occurred during a flight to Hawaii, where the designer found inspiration in a sculpture resembling his 3U design. An initial "Unipanel" concept featured slightly arched internal walls but flat outer walls for solar panel accommodation. However, this design has evolved into a more tubular model that relies on flexible solar panels applied to curved surfaces. The arched sides provide strength and additional clearance for components. The model's origin is at the CubeSat's center, allowing a 1U version by changing the extrusion length. To create the 0.5mm asymmetry of the 1U, extrude 49.75mm in one direction and 50.25mm in another before mirroring rail extensions.
