The original is totally awesome, DrewSmith007 really knocks it out of the park. Kudos, great job! I'm just a big slacker, didn't feel like going to the store so I whipped up some 3D printed tubes for the visor. They fit snugly, but they fit perfectly. I didn't even need glue, they held up great. But you might want to put them in on one side, then pop them in on the other (to make sure both ends fit properly inside the holes) and it should work like a charm when you put them together. Print out one first to check the fit, takes about four minutes. If you're feeling reckless, print twenty-five at a time, takes an hour with 10% infill. Use a brim to make them stick better to the heat plate. Chop off the brim afterwards as it might add too much for the visor holes. I might splurge on the rods later, but they're way too pricey on Amazon. This cost me around twenty-two cents to print them (fifty).
