Hi! First of all, I want to say that this kind of tubeless repair kit isn't my idea. I was fully inspired by Dynaplug. This video explains how it works: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=krEERmlSASY Bar end plug fits 18mm handlebar. If yours is bigger, just use a duct tape to adjust diameter. I have used valve from old inner tube. It has 6mm diameter, fits seal strip and it is environment friendly! ;) Use glue to connect seal strip with sharp end. I have also glued metal tube with plug. I hope that my project will save your ass on mtb trails!
