<p>This is an essential tool when mounting or replacing tubeless tyres on a bicycle wheel. This thing will convert a normal PET bottle into an air reservoir.</p><p>You will need pressure hose 6/4mm that will fit nicely on the valve. As a pressure switch a simple knot on the tube will work. Just &nbsp;use any clamp, peg, etc. You can use pressure switch, of course. Also, you will need a spare valve. You can just cut one from a defective tube or use valve from a tubeless setup pack. Don’t worry about the PET bottle - it will withstand the pressure. Any PET bottle will be OK. The bigger the better (2.5l Pepsi for example).</p><p>Print it upside down - no support needed. I recommend high infill.</p><p>The procedure to converting to tubeless or servicing tubeless tyres is described in detail all over the net so I will not put it here.</p><p>The principle of the booster is to quickly release the pressurized air into the tyre and the tyre will be forced to “lock” onto the rim. So procedure is (assuming you have the correct setup of the rim/tape/valve/tyre):</p><p>1) remove the core of the valve (there are tools for that, even printable)</p><p>2) put the hose from the booster onto the valve of the wheel</p><p>3) apply a peg, clamp, etc. to create a “knot” on the hose (as a switch)</p><p>4) pressurize the booster&nbsp;</p><p>5) release the knot on the hose. Hopefully the tyre will lock onto the rim (or at least partially).</p><p>6) pump the air in the tyre until it lock completely onto the rim&nbsp;</p><p>7) remove the hose, apply the tyre seal and put back the valve core</p><p>8) Enjoy the tubeless ride :-)</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p>
