Tubeholder for MMU2 Prusa MK3 on a Lack Table
thingiverse
This is a tubeholder with clamp designed specifically for the MMU2 module on Prusa MK3 printers. It attaches securely to the side of an Ikea Lack Table, making it ideal for users who hang their filament from the wall like I do. To assemble this tubeholder, you will need to insert M4 or similar brass-thread-inserts that are 5mm long into pre-drilled holes. The main part features a hole with a diameter of 5.4mm, allowing for smooth passage of the tubes. UPDATE: A V2 version is now available online, which offers improved clamping performance thanks to six screws instead of four. I've also increased the tolerance of the tubes to provide greater clamping force. However, be cautious when tightening the screws not to compress the tubes excessively. I have added a horizontal holder for the MMU2 on top of the frame to minimize friction on the ascending tubes, ensuring smoother filament flow and reducing the risk of clogs or jams.
