This tube squeezer is suitable for standard aluminium or plastic tubes and enables vertical standing on a table. It's optimized for plastic injection moulding and/or 3D printing manufacturing processes, with a possible CNC-machined version as well. However, there is an interference issue between the rewinder and leaf spring due to the latter being modeled in its manufactured state. This indicates a travel stroke of approximately 1.35 mm. To reduce stress relaxation, the leaf spring should be made of POM or alternatively, a metallic version could be used with redesign and recalculation necessary. All dimensions are accurate from the original product, but no strength calculation has been conducted. Thanks to Kenny Wilson for sharing the tube as a .stp file, which was used in renderings. The model is available in STEP format and native files for PTC Creo Parametric 2.0 users in a zipped folder.
