Tube Plug With Double Expanding Seal

<p>This pipe plug was developed for vibraphone resonance pipes, which should seal the resonance pipe airtight and sound-reflecting at adjustable position. BUT of course the device can also be used for other tube seals.</p><p>A screw pulls the two hard components (PLA) against each other. The flexible hose-like areas of NINJAFLEX TPU in between then spread outwards and seal once against the pipe and once against the screw.</p><p>In the gcode, I have incorporated the appropriate code for the two material changes. When the material change is due, the head moves to a safe position, awaits the new material and changes the nozzle temperature and the printing speed. A multi material tool is not necessary.</p><p>################################################################</p><p>Dieser Rohrstopfen wurde für Vibraphon-Resonanszrohre entwickelt, die an einstellbarer Position das Resonanzrohr luftdicht und schallreflektierend abschließen sollen. ABer natülich kann man die Vorrichtung auch für andere Rohrabdichtungen verwenden.</p><p>Durch eine Schraube werden die beiden harten Komponenten (PLA) gegeneinander gezogen. Die dazwischen liegenden flexiblen schlauchartigen Bereiche aus NINJAFLEX TPU spreizen sich dann nach außen und dichten einmal zum Rohr und einmal zur Schraube hin ab.</p><p>Im gcode habe ich an für die beiden Materialwechsel entsprechenden Code eingearbeitet. Wenn der Materialwechsel ansteht fährt der Kopf in eine sichere Position, erwartet das neue Material und verändert die Düsentemperatur sowie die Druckgeschwindigkeit.
