Attach your GoPro camera to a cylinder with this minimal mount design. This setup demands that the mount closely match the size of the tube it's attached to. The provided STL file is designed to work seamlessly with Werner paddles that have a tube diameter slightly more than 30mm, but you can easily modify the design in Onshape to fit other tubes by adjusting the tube diameter setting in the first sketch.
