Tube Launch Model Rocket

Tube Launch Model Rocket

thingiverse

This is a cutting-edge rocket prototype designed to blast off from a 3-inch tube. It's still very much in the development stage and not yet ready for flight. The design was heavily influenced by the Javelin Missile. This fully 3D-printed rocket features retractable fins that deploy via springs or rubber bands, functioning remarkably well. A piston-powered ejection system is built into the parachute bay. Additionally, it can be easily expanded with a coupler to accommodate substantial payloads. There are still many tweaks and improvements I need to make before this rocket takes flight! If you have any suggestions for names or design modifications, feel free to reach out through the website or Thingiverse. This model was printed using my trusty old Monoprice, but I'm eager to try it with my new Prusa printer. I hope you like what you see - just remember, this rocket is not yet flight-ready and should only be attempted at your own risk!
