Here's the replica of a tube holder I made for my dad. Just in case someone needs this odd contraption, I'm posting it here. The inner diameter is approximately 27mm, and it will accommodate 4mm screws. When printing, make sure to orient the model on its large flat surface - I forgot to rotate it before exporting.
