Human: Borden Tube Fitting is here. (DXF files for up are dummy.) Main Body of Fitting uses OD.4 Tube Fitting sold by SOREKARA. M6: https://www.aliexpress.com/item/32706629544.html 1/8": https://www.aliexpress.com/item/32706934009.html Drill the hole in the tube nut to 4.5mm from 5.2mm. The brass sleeve provided is not used, and NITTA's nylon sleeve SN4 is used instead. https://www.monotaro.com/p/3474/1594 https://www.nitta.co.jp/product/moore/tube-fittings/quick_seal/insert_brass/SN/ Attach the nut, sleeve to the tube body through the tube and tighten until it's just snug enough for the nut not to move. When this is done, the clearance between the fitting body and the nut will be about 4mm. If tightening is difficult, insert a 2mm rod into the tube to prevent excessive compression of the tube's inner diameter. When tightened properly, the contact area between the sleeve and the tube will become deformed. After installation, if the tube extending from the fitting rotates with force, it can rotate along with the nylon sleeve, eliminating the twist load on the tube. Please note that if the hot end performance is poor or the nozzle gets clogged easily, the pushing resistance becomes too great, and the tube may not be held in place (if it comes out, remove the deformed part of the tube where it was in contact with the sleeve; if the sleeve deformation is severe, replace it with a new one). Once set to a point where it cannot be pulled out, after loosening the nut, you can use your hands to tighten the nut slightly more than usual without using pliers.
