Tube Connectors

I'm sure many have attempted this before, but I was unable to find a satisfactory solution, so I decided to create my own. These are the first 3D prints I've made and they function surprisingly well. I designed them for use in my ant colonies, but they should be versatile enough to work anywhere. Now, on to the critical information. You can scale these to any size you require. V2 - The interior diameter is 6mm. Version A is standard, while Version B features holes for hanging from a nail at the bottom. Hanging works well, although I haven't left it up for an extended period of time. This is the only version with holes. V4 and V5 - The interior diameter is 8mm. They work great with 1/4 inch tubing. The difference between them is that V4 is larger, but both have the same insert length. I recommend V5 unless you need connectors for 8mm or larger tubing. The test piece is 8mm if you want to check the fit. There may be some unusual artifacts in some of the more complex models, but they should all print without issue. If you encounter any problems or have specific requests, please don't hesitate to reach out. If you're interested in additional accessories, I've uploaded some extras on <a href="https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2378063">tube extras</a>.
