Enhance the immobility of caps' tubes when unscrewing the caps for simple removal of filament on Flashforge, CTC, and Wanhao dual printers. The design has been updated 5/13/2014 with cap grips and 12/31/2014 with a combined thread from http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:340031. Print in ABS at 20% fill, 235°C. Use a filament fan while printing the collar part. Measurements are white tube at 1/4 inch and black tube at 7/32 inch. Drill caps with a 9/32 inch drill bit for white tubes and a 1/4 inch drill bit for black tubes. The cap grips printing settings should include infill at 20%, extrude temp at 230°C, bed temp at 110°C, and turn on the filament fan if available.
