Tube Center Drilling Jig Improved
thingiverse
I took a classic design from Peaberry and expanded its size while stripping away unnecessary features to minimize filament usage. This revised design is significantly larger than its predecessor; feel free to scale it to suit your needs. Some minor inconsistencies in hole alignment were inevitable, but I prioritized efficiency over perfection. The original concept was a lock designed to stabilize patio umbrellas when positioned at an angle to block the sun's rays. It's specifically tailored for 37mm umbrella poles, although it may be adaptable to sizes ranging from 36-38mm with some tweaking.
