Tube Caps Lasercut
thingiverse
Here's a remixed lasercut project inspired by the innovative tube cap design of Jmadden99. The inner diameter of this cylindrical component measures Ø58mm, and its walls are crafted from 3mm thick plywood. To give you a solid foundation for customizing the project, I'm sharing the DXF and Solidworks source files - feel free to edit them as per your requirements. Now, let's move on to the assembly process. First things first: Download the source files from the shared repository. Once you've got everything in place, use your lasercutting machine to carefully cut out the individual components according to the design specifications. After cutting is complete, proceed to assemble all parts using a suitable bonding method, followed by an application of protective varnish to ensure longevity. For easy attachment and removal, add elastic grips at strategic points along the perimeter. This will not only provide flexibility but also contribute to stress relief during the handling process. Finally, store your customized container securely in a designated area, protected from external damage or environmental factors.
With this file you will be able to print Tube Caps Lasercut with your 3D printer. Click on the button and save the file on your computer to work, edit or customize your design. You can also find more 3D designs for printers on Tube Caps Lasercut.
