Tuba Mouthpiece - Beginner's Model

When I finally grasped that my tuba mouthpiece was unusually large (larger than an 18 and significantly larger than a 24AW), I set out to design this one myself. Made to be printed at 100% infill, this mouthpiece is smaller and easier to control while playing the instrument. Its lightweight construction helps conserve plastic, and it's also designed for easy injection molding. It doesn't perfectly replicate a 24AW, but it's more accommodating to novice players and experienced musicians seeking simplicity. Also, it excels at playing higher notes, offering greater control, yet less tonal range to work with. Print Settings Rafts: Yes Supports: No Resolution: 0.2mm Infill: 100% Notes: Ensure optimal orientation before printing; some parts may sag, which is normal due to their design. Post-Printing After printing, carefully sand the cup using progressively finer grits - start with 100-180 and finish with 400-600.
