I installed a spiral device that spins the liquid counterclockwise. Since water tends to rotate clockwise in the northern hemisphere, this setup should create turbulence and entangle hair around the spiral. Print on a layer height of 0.3 with no supports. Leave small protrusions on the spiral to help catch stray hairs. You can print at higher quality settings if desired, but the minor imperfections actually aid in the process.
