TTGO T5s V2.8 ESP32 2.7 housing
thingiverse
This is my take to create a housing that fits perfectly with the millimeter for the TTGO 2.7 inch ePaper module, which features 264*176 pixels. The firmware used is CALE.es ESP32 version from [CALE.es](https://cale.es/firmware). CALE is a web service that enables you to compose dynamic screens, making it easy to serve Bitmap images for various Eink screens, including the T5 2.7". There are two versions of the top part available: 1. No cones pointing downwards, allowing you to use small screws. 2. One with 2 mm cones that can be used without screws (2-7-case-top-cones.stl). Optionally, I can make it 1 mm bigger on both sides and adjust the top part to fit perfectly. However, the primary goal was to create a housing as small as possible while leaving space between for a small 3.7V lithium battery. Note: The white version shown in the image is printed using ABS material, which I prefer for printing small cases due to its flexibility compared to PLA. You may need to scale this design by 0.8/1 mm to ensure a better fit with PLA material. I highly recommend using ABS as the material for this small and intricate object due to its flexible nature.
