TTGO T-Beam V2 enclosure with OLED display
thingiverse
This case was engineered specifically for the TTGO T-Beam V2 board, featuring an updated design with a dedicated connector for a standalone LoRa antenna. Beneath the four standoffs lies ample space to accommodate a 0.96 OLED display and even larger ceramic GPS antennas (as depicted). The miniature antenna supplied by TTGO proved inadequate due to its small size. To secure components in place, I employed double-sided adhesive tape throughout, opting for hot glue in select areas where additional stability was required. To facilitate the enclosure's design, a minor section of the PCB on/off button needed to be trimmed away, and a separate power switch (11.5x8.5 mm) sourced from China was incorporated. For the lid, I utilized extremely thin double-sided adhesive tape. Interestingly, when utilizing white filament, the battery status LED shines brightly, making its operation easily visible.
