The idea behind this case was to create something minimal, sturdy and without any fasteners. The T-Beam is aligned with the case through the use of a brace below the PCB, which locks it into place on the mounts so that there's no sliding around. A spacer on top of the PCB is used to ensure the right distance between the OLED screen and the lid. The lid uses a sliding mechanism with a very snug fit (at least with my printer and filament), so it shouldn't open by itself. There have been multiple iterations over the placement and tolerations, so even if some of the parts look like they have the wrong dimensions, rest assured that this was the outcome of several test prints and is the way it's meant to be. The display used is a 0.96" SSD1306, with the cutout in the lid precisely measured to only show the visible area of the display. The buttons are labeled P, U and R for Power, User and Reset. The User button has a small nub on it, so you can find it without looking.
