TT Sapphire Plus SP-5 carriage for Biqu H2 with BLTouch, ADXL, belt tensioner.

This is a durable lightweight carriage for replacing the standard one on the Twotrees Sapphire Plus SP-5 printer designed for installing a BIQU H2 extruder. The carriage allows you to install the BLTouch bed level sensor and the ADXL345 accelerometer. By reducing the weight of moving parts while maintaining overall rigidity, you can use higher speeds and accelerations on the KLIPPER firmware. The overall dimensions of the carriage do not reduce the printing area. The holes for the passage of the belts are located exactly opposite the pulley, which has a positive effect on the quality of printing. For belt tensioning I used a tensioner from **wildvortex** ([Sapphire Plus Belt Tensioner](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4692886)). For greater reliability, use two nuts instead of one. For the convenience of belt tension, you can use a 7 mm wrench. To evenly tighten a pair of belts, I used the belt tension indicator from **Vital81** ([Belt Tension Indicator new](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:5467334)). To cool the printed part, I remixed the air duct from **ericlam_UCSF** ([Biqu H2 4020 Fan mount & shroud](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4915655)) for the 5015 blower. Also, the duct frame provides additional rigidity of the entire structure. I recommend to use DIN 912 screws for a more convenient tightening by Allen (Hex) key. Screw these screws carefully so as not to damage the thread they cut in the frame body! Then you need to insert the belts all the way into the blind holes of the frame and then insert the splint into the same holes. Then you need to tighten the fixing splint screws. In this way, the belts will be securely fixed in the frame. Screw these screws carefully so as not to damage the thread they cut in the frame body! More details can be seen in the photo. After that the frame is placed sideways on the MGN12 rail and fixed on it with drag chain holder. Next, the extruder is installed together with the BLTouch holder and the cables are laid. If you do not use BLTouch, then you do not need to install its holder, but you will need a pair of Countersunk M3x8 screws. After that, the belts are stretched through the corresponding holes of the frame using tension screws and nuts. The degree of belt tension is determined by the indicator or using an accelerometer. Last of all, an air duct with a 5015 blower and ADXL345 is installed on frame. Offsets: x_offset: -27 y_offset: 0 z_offset: 2.6 Since this printer allows you to install a semi-closed chamber, the temperature inside the chamber can reach the level of softening of some plastics like PLA. Therefore, I recommend using durable high-temperature plastics with low shrinkage. I have attached the STEP file of the 3D model so you can make any changes you need. I have also attached 3mf files which serve more as a reference when placing parts.
