I was inspired by a Wired article a couple weeks ago about Japan's "minimalist version of Legos" and decided to create a simple minimalist construction toy myself. A single "block" is two short planks joined at a 60-degree angle to make a "V". Each plank has a matching 60-degree notch at the bottom. That's all it takes. I uploaded .stl files to print 1, 7, 21, 30 or 57 blocks at a time. Customizer allows you to scale them smaller depending on your needs and/or printer. Print Settings: Printer: FlashForge Rafts: No Supports: Yes Resolution: 0.2mm Infill: 10% (it doesn't matter) Notes: The real question is whether your printer needs supports or not. The 60-degree notch causes a 30-degree rise relative to the printbed. Most printers need at least 45-degrees for a good print. If the notch gets warped, the blocks don't fit together properly. Mine printed mostly okay, but a few got warped without supports. You might try printing the single block to see how your printer handles it.
