In a hidden cavern deep within the recesses of Voormithadreth's labyrinthine underbelly, an ancient deity has lain dormant for eons. This is Tsathoggua, a god known by his imposing bulk and his furrowed, bat-like hide, as well as his perpetually slumberous visage, eerily reminiscent of a black toad. Despite the pangs of hunger, Tsathoggua remains immobile, awaiting the arrival of sacrificial offerings with an air of divine torpor.
