I designed a micro drone propeller using the **TsAGI R-3a** airfoil coordinates. Testing was conducted on the **Micro Drone Propeller Thrust Testing Jig** and results are available below. The part was printed at a slow pace, with assistance from a **0.2 nozzle** at 0.04mm height per layer. A final cleaning touch was applied with a **Precision Knife**. Next, I finished the part by sanding it with a small piece of **400 grit sandpaper**. Here are some key measurements for various voltage settings (also viewable in the images): - **1.5V** yields **7.45 grams** - **2V** results in **14.13 grams** - **2.5V** produces **25.04 grams** - **3V** achieves **32.4 grams** The included files comprise all test shots, including six text files containing airfoil coordinates used in the build, printable STL files, and SLDPRT files. If you'd like to experiment with the propeller, consider acquiring a quantity of **8520 coreless motors**. You can use the SLDPRT extension files if you wish to make modifications to the propeller design. Note: Airfoil plotted using the matplotlib library in python.
