TSA (Technology Student Association) fidget spinner
thingiverse
We're gearing up for the Technology Student Association National Conference in Orlando, Florida, and I wanted to give our team something special to reward their tireless efforts. While it may not mirror the TSA logo exactly, it's a pretty close approximation. I relied on 123D Design because I'm old-school at heart and haven't yet mustered the courage to bid farewell to this trusted tool. However, you can easily import your designs into a more advanced program and refine them to your heart's content. This unique item comes in two sizes - the original was enormous and required two hands to hold securely while spinning. I tweaked the design and created a smaller "mini" version that students can comfortably grasp. A single 22.2 mm bearing is all you need - simply dig one out of the treasure trove of confiscated bearings you've amassed over the past couple of months as a teacher. Spin away!
