TS2068 TSPico Interface Enclosure
thingiverse
This is an enclosure for the Timex Sinclair 2068 retro computer TSPico interface (see https://ts-pico.com/).TSPico is a flexible MicroSD interface which can act as a storage drive and more.Designed to print in two halves and click together. There are also button extensions (print qty 3). There is a hole for the Rpi Pico's reset button. This enclosure is probably best printed on a resin printer.Recommend 15-20 min UV cure (not a full 60 min @ 70C per Formlabs, as this may cause some warping on the ends).Sanded supports and spray painted the top half silver, with a clear overcoat as a second step. Bottom half left natural gray (or painted gray). The TS Pico board should be angled in with the microSD connector edge in first. May need minor flexing of the left side to get it in place. This is currently designed for the expansion board version of the TS Pico, and currently fits only in slot 1 of the expansion board nearest the computer.Current limitation- the click tab retention force is a bit weak at the moment. I will tweak it, but it's a starting point.Or use a small amount of silicone adhesive to secure in place while preserving ability to remove lid.Designed with Fusion 360.
