This is my updated version of my prior soldering station. This is a battery adpater for a 20V Crafstman Battery Lithium Ion pack and Soldering station. Desigend to power the MiniWare TS100/TS101, Pinecil and other compatible 12v to 24v DC soldering irons. This station provides a solder spool holder on the back, This station requires the following hardware. 4x M2x20 machine screws and nuts for the Battery adapter 4x M4x10 machine screws to attach the base to the battery adapter 2x M2x10 Machine screws to attaach the tip cleaner to the base 2x M2x6 Machine screws to secure the tip cleaner to the bracket. Aven 17530 Soldering Stand is neede for the Soldering iron tube and tip cleaner cup with brass scrubber. 2.5x5mm Female DC Jack 2.5x5mm Male to male cable SPST Toggle Switch 2 strips of metal 24mmx17mm. No more that 1mm thick. Bent at a 90 degree angle 14mm from one end. I cut down a couple of PCI slot covers from an old PC case in one adapter and a sheet of galvanized steel purchased from Home Depot on another. Some 18AWG wire Be mindful as you wire it up. The battery itself labels which terminal is posative and negative. Make sure you get the right terminal to the correct spot on the power jack. The bottom print has been labeled with the possative side.
