TS100 Soldering Station
thingiverse
This is a soldering station base for the popular TS100 Soldering iron. There are a few others here on Thingiverse, but I wanted one that would house the power supply as well. I've designed it around popular sized power adapters and some 1/2 inch ID copper pipe to absorb heat effectively. Tolerances are tight, so no sanding is required as long as your printer is well calibrated. There's storage for four replacement tips too. Check the post printing section for helpful details on the pipe and support removal. I'm including links below for the TS100, two options for power supplies (I use the 19v) that will fit, sponges, and tips. Full disclosure, these are affiliate type links, so if you order through these, it will help me earn some credits toward parts to keep making things like this to share. Happy Printing and Soldering! Edit to add: For other soldering irons that might be longer, there's a space for a penny at the bottom of the copper tube to prevent touching the plastic. I had thoughts of adding a flux pot indent above the power supply and a soldier spool holder in front of that. I personally don't think I'd use them, but I'm curious if others would.
