I needed a model of the TS100 soldering iron tip so that it could be modified for use in a threaded insert heat staking press I'm cobling together. This Solidworks 2019 model was reverse engineered directly from an STL model found in the wild and, while appearing dimensionally close, may have some inaccuracies though it was good enough for my immediate purposes. The Solidworks files and other file formats are provided to allow the model to be tweaked or imported as needed.
