TS100 Soldering iron Stand

I'm obsessed with this tiny soldering iron but it doesn't fit my holder perfectly, so I came up with a solution. I designed it in Onshape in two pieces. To make the connection point, I used an M8 washer (22mm outer diameter and 8mm inner) which press fits into a clip. The iron's top end is quite impressive, but when inserting or removing it, I wanted to avoid hitting plastic. I secured the parts with hot glue, but you can use your preferred adhesive. I also added a spot for cleaning the tip with a wet sponge.
