TS100 Soldering Iron Sleeve TPU

I crafted this protective sleeve specifically for my TS100 soldering iron, ensuring the screen and body stay shielded from damage. The sleeve fits snugly onto the TS100, pressing tightly into place – so tightly, in fact, that I may need to cut it off if I ever need to remove it. To bring this design to life, I selected TPU filament and oriented the buttons facing downwards during printing. In a deliberate move to minimize post-printing cleanup, I chose not to use any rafts or supports, opting instead for a clean and straightforward print process. With my print bed set at 70c and nozzle temperature at 235c, I maintained a consistent print speed of 20mm/s throughout the entire printing process.
