I'm looking for a holder that can withstand the heat of my TS100 soldering iron and I had the idea to use a 608ZZ ball bearing. You'll need these items: Best: 608ZZ full metal or full ceramic ball bearing. The 608-2RS with plastic caps and plastic spacer may also work, but it could melt. M3 screw that's 12mm or longer An M3 spring or normal washer M3 nut The best soldering sponge is 45mm x 55mm in wet state. You can also use other ones and cut them to the right size while they're wet. Some already have the right size. You'll need some Masking Tape.
