TS100 Soldering Iron Holder adapter
thingiverse
This will adapt a Harbor freight soldering iron holder/ helping hands to hold the TS100 soldering iron. It's meant to be a tight fit that's lightly sanded with a Dremel to fit snugly as desired. You should use a higher temp plastic, I used PETG. I also lined the bottom with aluminum foil tape just in case I miss putting the soldering iron in so it won't gouge the plastic with the tip. It's not necessary but suggested because of the added thickness from the tape, a little more than usual sanding was required, easy work for a Dremel. The whole thing is held in with 3 small zip ties to the metal spring guide. This design will also prevent the end of the iron from poking past the metal guard or even making contact with that guard. -No supports -Infill 20% Infill isn't important if you have thick walls. I used 5 line thick walls with no issues
